Yes — we direct bill most major plans including Canada Life, Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, GreenShield, and Desjardins. You pay nothing upfront. If you're unsure whether your plan is covered, call us at (825) 394-3641 before your appointment.
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by phone. Most insurance plans in Alberta also allow direct chiropractic access without a physician referral.
Dr. Fayad will take a full health history, discuss your symptoms, and do a thorough physical assessment before any treatment. He'll explain exactly what he finds and walk you through a treatment plan. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
It depends on your condition and history. Dr. Fayad will give you a realistic estimate at your first appointment — we don't lock you into long-term packages.
